Body Biographies is a pregnancy body-mapping journal designed for CUPHD to help pregnant people slow down, notice bodily changes, and reflect on the emotional experience of pregnancy beyond medical records, appointments, and measurements. Through monthly body silhouettes, seasonal rituals, visual prompts, and reflection spaces, users can mark sensations, memories, dreams, questions, and support needs using words, colors, symbols, or drawings. The goal of the project is to create a gentle, accessible tool for self-reflection and communication, especially in community health contexts, where personal experience, emotional care, and participant-centered support are just as important as clinical information.
